"Awful."

Awful. Staff completely disinterested in providing good service - or any type of service at all. Food orders ignored, facilities woeful. Entire hotel is built around a gritty courtyard, so when you do get to have breakfast - which took almost an hour each day - you do so watching drivers who have slept in their cars get dressed, and listen to idling engines.
