"Mixed experience"

Was a mixed experience, overall nice hotel, good rooms. However our A/C leaked water and dripped down into the bed. The staff helped with a new room in the middle of the night, which sorted it out. It was not optimal, but the staff was very kind!

It had a nice breeze from the balcony, was clean, and had comfortable pillows

The Internet didn’t work at all after 10 PM. When I went to the front desk for help the kid who was working there was sleeping in a room. It took the guard 10 minutes to wake him up and the kid didn’t he speak a lick of English nor did he know anything about the internet. As a result I could book hotels or trains for the next day. Also, the shower takes about 10 minutes to get hot and the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or bar, you must go to their sister hotel up the beach for that. This also made the hotel feel very empty
