Aardig personeel uitcheck dag om 11 uur

Ontbijt Alles was op een uur voordat het ontbijt afliep. Er was geen brood en geen croissantjes en geen gekookte eieren meer. Uit onmacht hebben ze stokbrood afgebakken die nog rauw was. Bij de sappenbar waren geen glazen omdat de vaatwasser nog niet klaar was ( hoezo dan ? ) Geen cheesecake. Wel was er nog pancakes en choco broodjes. Kaas en melk op 1 plateau ( kaas was nat van de melk ) Borden en bestek vuil werden niet afgeruimd van de tafels. Airco bromt op hoge versnelling Waardoor ik de airco niet kon gebruiken. Wifi verbinding tv haperde. Kon omdat er geen goede verbinding was geen TV kunnen kijken en muziek luisteren. Moest met eigen chromcast tv ( geen ziggo GO maar Netflix ) kijken.

Kamer en in/uit check helemaal goed, heel vriendelijk personeel

Ontbijt was zeeeer slecht! Geen brood, geen croissantjes, keiharde pancakes, jus d’orange meer water met smaakje! Kortom niets kunnen eten, graag restitutie hiervoor. Klacht ook in hotel aangegeven.
