Wpierw hotel chciał wymusić , na mnie (po tym jak zapłaciłem za wszystko) mój nr karty,🤦🏼 Następnie odmówiono mi wejścia do hotelu. Poinformowano o tym, że moja rezerwacja będzie anulowana. I to było by jeszcze względnie ok. Ale ta bandycka, złodziejska firma postanowiła zatrzymać sobie moje pieniądze, na koniec terminu rezerwacji wysłać do mnie check-aut online. I dopiero po interwencji telefonicznej z centrum reklamacji, z booking.com anulowano moją rezerwację i po kilku dniach odesłano moje pieniądze. Straciłem 3x przez ta firmę humor, dwa dni interwencji. Nie ma to się umawia człowiek, płacąc za pokój w hotelu. Mam wszystko na piśmie i na nagraniach wideo w telefonie. A hotel i tak kłamał, że nic takiego nie miało miejsca. NIKOMU NIE POLECAM TEGO MIEJSCA. OSTRZEGAM przed rezerwowaniem tam pokoju.
