Is geen boutique hotel (prijs kwaliteit niet in verhouding: denk aan: badkamer helemaal nat na douchen, geen douche kapje oid, stekker lamp naast je bed moet eruit om op te kunnen laden , treurige ontbijt faciliteit, beneden geen publieke wc)

Very clean and quiet, small kitchen with fridge included, comfortable bed and lots of space, large windows on both sides. Nice location along quiet canal, 10-15 min walk from train station. Overall a very good place to stay, albeit a little on the expensive side.

Would have been nice to be able to open the windows fully, not just tilt them. But the AC was working well. It was a bit of a challenge to use the shower without flooding half of the bathroom. There's no room for breakfast downstairs, so you need to carry it to your room, which was fine for me, just be careful not to trip on the stairs and spill coffee everywhere..... Breakfast selection was also rather basic, but alright for the price.

Location, comfortable room, canal view, bike rental, really nice staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Grocery store nearby. Would definately stay here again.

There is some street noise if you are at the front - partying students, so for a front room you have to be okay with that.

Wundervolles kleines Hotel mit gutem Service und wenn man nicht im Hotel frühstücken möchte was auch Tool ist schaut Mal bei Bakker Van Maanen vorbei. 😃

Etwas hellhörig

Locatie was excellent, just a short stroll into the city center. The service, the facilities all neat and beatifully designed. We got a room on groundfloor, super easy with our suitcases, as there is no elevator. The room was super, especially with the little kitchenunit, for which making your own cup of tea or coffee is great, only minor thing is the lighting, a bit on the darker side for my older eyes, yet good athmosphere, the bathroom is a little small, but functional and part of the Dutch way of design. It was a pleasure to stay here in a wonderful city. Can recommend it to anyone visiting Leiden.
