Avon Apartments

The apartment was clean, nice and tidy. Beds were comfortable too.

The chairs were not comfortable when relaxing watching TV. The single bed was too small and i had to swap with my son due falling during the night. Otherwise it was comfortable.

Handy location for what we needed.

Starting to show it's age, but was kept tidy and clean.

Quiet neighbourhood. Bed ok

Not like in the pictures. We had a room downstairs and were 3 different spaces.kitxhen,living (with extra bed) en bedroom. It was ok for one night but no view (fence neigbours) en old kitchen which smelled old.

The place was spacious and exactly as described in photos. It is an ideal location for anyone visiting through Hamilton.

Shower rail broken One very small and broken mirror in bathroom , could have done with at least another in bedrooms. Could do with a plug for kitchen sink, plus no dish washing brush.

Appartement propre. Lits confortables.

Once in the room it was comfortable for my 2 grandsons.

Having a baby and toddler, the "apartment" (really it was a flat) was up stairs, we travelled from Australia and needed to take our luggage to our room. The photo's were deceptive and looked cleaner than what the place was. We would have done the dishes but there was no sink plug and the utensils were very basic.
