Redwood Apartments

They changed my room to a ground floor unit as I’m on crutches.

The only thing was the shower is tiny, challenging for invalids and large loads haha

We met Michelle on the day we were leaving and she was very helpful to a couple whose battery was flat. Flat was clean and well stocked. Beds, linens, pillows, and electric blanket were all first class! Good internet and movie channels. Would highly recommend.

Had a lot of trouble with the heat pump, had to give up. Maybe written instructions. We have in our home, but still couldn't get it to do what we wanted.

Everything was great!

Unbelievably fantastic. I cannot say enough good stuff about these apartments. Absolute luxury. The beds are soooooooo comfortable and warm. The condiments, the teas and coffees choices were just outstanding. The apartments are spotlessly clean and have absolutely everything needed. The little touches like the shampoos, conditioners, body wash were much appreciated. If I come back, I'll definitely stay here again.

The property is very clean & felt new.

It is a little out of town. Not an issue if you’re driving as you will need to drive to get food & supplies.

Clean, cleaner than many hotels I've stayed in. Really appreciated the individual mattress heaters and the facility air filter. Very nice blinds + shades + ventable windows set-up. They had everything we needed from kitchen to laundry supplies.

Bathroom is unfortunately fairly small with only a slightly cramped shower. Worse, the shower did not seal around the door and joins so water go through and onto the bathroom floor.

It was clean and someone even came in and turned the heat pump on and our electric blankets. Now that is thoughtful.

The little coffee plunger needs to be replaced.
