"Exceptional"

Communication with the host was very easy and prompt. The property was exceptionally clean and well-organized, with all the necessary amenities provided. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

"Easy breezy stay"

Overall - fabulous stay, loved the apartment and had everything we needed. The only downfall was the TVs - we could not connect or operate them. Otherwise it was a great stay 👍

The housewares of the apartment are adequately provided. The place of the apartment is located close to town center which is quite convenient to our travel.

The washroom is comparatively small and not so comfort for uses. It is not easy to adapt having strong sulfur smell outside the apartment.

I appreciated the location - very close to many of the central Rotorua attractions (within walking distance to many).

While I appreciated having a washer in the unit, because it was a single unit that washed and dried, it was a challenge to use as it didn't dry the clothes like a normal dryer would, which impacted how we planned our day as it took much longer to launder our clothes than it otherwise should have.
