Bed was very hard- no comfortable seating , no luggage/ suitcase stands, bathroom had hairs on the floor and was in poor state of repair, tv had intermittent failures which interrupted our viewing.
NZThe staff were very friendly, the bed was comfortable and it was clean and tidy.
The wardrobe doors were off their tracks, the toilet flush button stuck, but both were easily fixed ourselves.
