On of first night (Saturday) a group of people were partying with music until at least midnight. The whole time we were there the wifi was absolutely awful. (Might work better for the room on ground floor tho.)

NZSecond time I’ve stayed here - very easy for a work trip and close to everything I need. Quiet, homely, comfortable.
NZNZWe had booked a room with a king bed but were shifted without notice pre-arrival to an upstairs room with a single and a double. We did not complain but were disappointed. We were told this was a "free upgrade" but that was ridiculous as the room was otherwise identical.
NZI can again highly recommend these appartments. They are extremely clean, and the staff are real friendly, and approach everything in a professional manner. It is also excellent value for the cost and a great location. Cheers Arthur

The towel heater wasn't working . Everything else was great
NZSuch a great place to stay! It was super easy check on, rooms are clean tidy and huge! Beds very comfortable! Considering I stayed at the crown plaza recently for twice the price and the bed was half of the quality! Rooms are very quiet can barley here the neighbour's. Huge shower. And friendly staff. Cant fault this place.
