Drifter Christchurch

Very central location. Room was small with a toilet and shower but very comfortable. We were out all day so really only meed a place to rest our heads. Staff were super kind, friendly and helpful. I will be back.

Everything was perfect! The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always happy to help ! I really enjoyed my stay at Drifters, especially all the organized activities such as the cook-ups, movie nights, and yoga sessions. They created a great atmosphere and made it easy to meet other travelers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I stayed in an 8-person dorm that had two bathrooms, which was very convenient. There are also plenty of quiet spaces to study or work, including a library and a dedicated study room. On top of that, located right in the heart of downtown, you won’t find a hostel with a better location I would highly recommend Drifters to anyone looking for a friendly, comfortable, and well-organized place to stay. 100% recommended ! 🌸

Different areas to hang out. Very well designed. comfortable beds. Just 3 minutes walk from bus intersection.

Kitchen too small, dirty and crowded. There was no space in the fridge. I personally did not like the electrical key on the phone because I don't always want to bring my phone. It would be nice to still have a physical keycard.
