Staff was incredible, breakfast was consistent, they stored our luggage for a few days while visiting Machu Picchu

Room was cold (May) although staff supplied a second space heater when asked, wifi was spotty at times

Comfy beds good size. Lovely staff very helpful and great location . Nice to have TV. Free tea everywhere

Our stay was fantastic. The view was amazing and the staff were wonderful!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet établissement grâce au personnel et notamment Angel qui était extrêmement gentil et à l’écoute de nos demandes. La chambre était confortable avec un grand lit. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien juste au dessus de la Plaza des Armas avec une belle vue sur Cusco. Le restaurant est également très bon.

Le problème de cet hôtel est la connexion wifi très instable. Le petit déjeuner est également à améliorer.

El personal es súper amable y atento ,las instalaciones cómodas y la ubicación con una vista estupenda.

A hospedagem valeu pelo atendente principal, pela arquitetura do hotel e pela bonita vista para a cidade de Cusco.

O box-lanche (feito para quando acordamos muito cedo) deixou a desejar, pois era bem reduzido. O aquecedor não funcionou (simplesmente não aquecia o quarto), assim como o chuveiro a água demorou a esquentar. Além disso, a limpeza também não foi muito diligência, faltando trocar roupa de cama e toalha com a frequência necessária.

Clean, new, hot water, view, close to one of the archeological sites in Cusco

It is up in the hill, not easy to walk back from the center of town.

Staff great, modern, laundry service, shower very powerful,

Short uphill walk from town, no problem for us, but worth noting.
