Inkantari Boutique Hotel

Host/reception was nice, very attentive and available anytime. From the lobby of the reception, we get to have a great view of the city. The restaurant downstair was very good too.

We thought the room was a bit small for the price (we had stayed in the same area with Airbnb earlier). There was also a blackout that lasted about 30 minutes, and the emergency alarm went off in the middle of the night. We were told to keep the small window closed while showering since the steam could trigger the alarm—perhaps someone didn’t follow that rule. The breakfast was okay, surprisingly, as the dinner was superb.

Staff in this hotel is friendly, but only one speaks English and many of them were totally helpless when help was needed. The light in our room did not turn off, which was only fixed the next day. The linens were dirty with hair and stains (it continued even after they changed it). Location is close to the center, but be aware it is up hill, and you will need to climb. Lastly, it was more expensive than other hotels we stayed with in Cusco. Not recommended.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. You needed to turn heeter on to worm the room. Hotel has great view and close to main square only concern is to get back from downtown, it's uphill.

Leider war das Inkantari Boutique die einzige Enttäuschung auf unserer dreiwöchigen Reise. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, stets unbeheizt und kalt. Das WLAN war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nur eingeschränkt in der Lobby verfügbar. Die Rezeption vertröstete uns sehr häufig, ohne konkrete Lösungen oder angemessene Kompensationsleistungen anzubieten. Die Kirsche auf der Torte aller Unannehmlichkeiten war jedoch das karge Frühstück auf Hostel-Niveau. Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Ei mit einer stets streng rationierten Vierteltasse Kaffee (hier scheint jeder Cent zu zählen...) - ein absolutes No-Go. Für uns ist es unverständlich, wie die Bewertungen für das Inkantari auf Booking derartig gut ausfallen können...
