Buena experiencia

People at the reception were really nice and very accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable and the shower never run out of hot water. Some hotels run out of hot water or the shower pump runs very slow at night; this was never an issue at Pakarina hotel. So it is a big plus!

O hotel fica perto da estação de ônibus e de trem. Tem água quente e local para deixar as malas, mas é um pouco barulhento.

My room had mold everywhere including the sheets. There was a 2x2 foot hole in the shower had head height that you could look through into the neighbors shower. The bathroom door didn't close. When we asked to change rooms we were not able. When we asked for the hole to be covered they did not. They didn't give us towels or toilet paper when we asked. We spent our second night in another hotel because it was so unliveable and the hotel wouldn't reimburse us

The staff was great.

No wifi or service in the room, room was damp most of the time. Hot shower with good water pressure.
