Me gusto mucho la calidez del personal del hotel, fueron muy amables y atentas, fui a pasar mi cumpleaños y me sorprendieron con un postre despues de la cena, me hicieron sentir especial muchas gracias.

Cuando usaba la ducha se salia el agua. No tenia barra de seguridad cerca del hinodoro, somos personas mayores y requerimos seguridad hasta para usar el baño.

The restaurant is decent and reasonably priced, which was one of the few positives during the stay. The hotel also offers free bikes and kayaks, which is a nice idea in principle.

Overall, the stay was disappointing and does not justify the price. The hotel forgot the scheduled pickup from the bus station and did not answer the phone, which meant walking about 15 minutes with luggage in the heat. The room was very basic and poorly designed, with a window facing a walkway where other guests pass by on their way to reception or the restaurant, offering little to no privacy. Other rooms also seem to face common areas. Sound insulation is poor. The pool is very small — even smaller than many standard private pools. On top of that, maintenance work such as gardening was carried out during peak dining hours, which further reduced the overall experience. The bike situation was particularly frustrating. While bikes are offered for free, helmets are not provided, which means you are not allowed to enter the Paracas reserve. This was not explained in advance, so I ended up cycling about 6 km for nothing and losing valuable time. When I asked at reception, they recommended a rental place that was significantly overpriced; a nearby shop offered similar bikes for about half the price. Overall, the hotel feels overpriced for what it offers and lacks attention to important details.

The place and the staff which was very helpful and available. It went far beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend it for several reasons. Food in the restaurant is good and the place is enchanting. It really contributes to make memories.
