Me gustó mucho la localización , está muy cerca de plaza de armas, el personal es muy amables

Deben cambiar las toallas, las que tienen están muy gastadas, también el agua caliente aveces tenía problemas.

Tiene agua caliente las 24hs libre con diferentes clases de te. Varias almohadas y colchas. Una terraza y buena conexión wifi

Al desayuno buffet le falta variación. Si querés huevos te cobran aparte

El hotel superó nuestras expectativas. Buscábamos un alojamiento sencillo a buen precio y este sin duda lo es. Está muy bien situado (Barrio San Blas) y las instalaciones son muy acogedoras. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a resolver tus necesidades. En las habitaciones las camas y almohadas me han resultado muy confortables, las duchas disponen desde el primer momento de abundante agua caliente. El desayuno es variado. Dispone de un cajero en la entrada del hotel

No puedo señalar nada que no me gustara. Siempre es importante saber cuáles son las expectativas de las personas que reservan pero el alojamiento sin duda es un lugar donde disfrutar sin incidencias unos días en Cusco.
