"Semana Santa muy bien atendidos"

Hola, fui con mi familia para semana santa desde el 01 al 05 de abril y nos encanto el Hotel. La atención es excepcional desde la llegada hasta que dejamos el alojamiento. Nos atendieron muy bien Don Alex fue muy amable y siempre estaba atento a todo lo que necesitábamos, un ejemplo es que nos ayudó a encontrar transporte hacia el aeropuerto de arica cuando dejamos el hotel. Las recepcionistas también fueron muy amorosas. En general el Hotel estaba bien, el servicio de limpieza impecable, al igual que el desayuno, siempre iban reponiendo lo que se acababa, todo muy rico, me gustó que tuvieran agua fuera de las habitaciones y sectores de descanso.

Quizás lo que se podría mejorar es que los pasillos de las habitaciones tenían poca iluminaión incluso de día. Es lo único.

La atención excelente de señor que que en este momento no recuerdo, pero siempre está en todos lados mis felicidades por su amabilidad y preocupación por los pasajeros
