Las habitaciones bonitas personal super preocupado de todo

Camas duras y chicas no tener cámaras afuera del hotel ya que se quedo villetera con documentos y plata y pedí registro de cámaras y no estaban operativas.si hubieran estado operativas quizás podría haber recuperado los documentos

"Muy buena estadía."

El desayuno muy bueno, las habitaciones con aire acondicionado, se valora mucho en Tacna. El personal muy amable. A tres cuadras de la catedral, bueno el barrio circundante para caminar.

El baño de recepción estaba muy descuidado.

Las personas eran amables. Y que la habitación tenía aire acondicionado.

1- la cama era incómoda. 2- casi siempre me salió el agua fría 3- uno tenía que estar pendiente de pedir el papel higiénico. (Nunca nos dejaron papel higiénico cuando nos realizaron la limpieza en la habitación) 4- el último día.. (día lunes) no habían tantas cosas para tomar desayuno. 5- el hotel quedaba lejos de las avenidas principales

El personal es muy amable y las instalaciones buenas.

En primera instancia nos dieron una habitación en el segundo piso y se sentía el ruido del comedor, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación y nos dieron una en el tercer piso mejoro mucho.
