Great communication, near to the airport close to dining and transportation

Outside of property noisy, hot water heater turns off too easily and frequently. Owner was courteous and good communication. Relatively clean.

Me salvaron con mucha flexibilidad cuando estaba encerrado entre dos puertas, una exterior y la otra interior, por mi culpa de no checar de antemano que la puerta exterior no estaba cerrada con llave. Muy buen lugar, volveré aquí cada vez que vengo a Lima.

The property manager was very responsive and helpful. She was always checking on me to see if there was something she could do to make my stay comfortable and pleasant. And my stay was.

Property is in a gated condo/apartment community which is nice for safety. It is also on the 8th flloor, with a great view of the city and ocean and off shore islands. Property manager is very quick to respond to questions. Grocery store right next door.

The manager responded to my messages promptly. Nice neighborhood with a mall nearby. Many places to eat good food.
