Absolutely amazing and sweet little boutique hotel, which made us feel home right at the first minute. The team is there for you at any time and kindly supports any question or demand. We just had a small room which was no problem at all due to the various and spacious common areas we enjoyed.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but working.

Great little hotel in a lovely quiet area. Close to the main attractions and felt safe. Bed was Super comfortable and even though we were close to reception it was quiet. The breakfast is freshly made in front of you each morning and it was delicious. The staff are also great, they had little English but made lots of effort for us.

Nothing to complain about, but the rooms are on the smaller side which is expected in a boutique hotel.

The staff was helpful. We arrived very early from the airport and they had the option to store our luggage. The breakfast was also very delicious.

The staff gave us the room on the ground floor. The room was very small, felt humid and very noisy. Also, the room was cold and you couldn’t change the temperature. The communication was not always easy as the staff didn’t understand English.

The bed is the most comfy I've ever slept in my whole 25-day travel in South America. The breakfast is substantial and yummy.

The staff can't speak English. The design of the hotel has some defects, such as toilet papers cannot be threw into the toilet, but the toilet paper bin not only have the lid, also under the flush tank. The cleanness isn't good, lots of dirt on the floor and furniture. Very noisy, just like you sleep on the street.

The decor and coziness of the hotel was great.

The male staff were not very helpful. The night staff did not understand the most basic asks in English or Spanish. During checkout, the male attendant saw three women trying to take the bags out of of the gate, and he only stood holding the door without attempting to help us put the bags in the cab. Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the lady who made breakfast was helpful.

(We were in Lima in August) the rooms do not have heaters and they are quite cold. The shower did not have a door and the whole bathroom would get wet.
