Itens irrelevantes quando comparados ao ocorrido abaixo.

Realizei a reserva neste hotel no Booking sem a necessidade de efetuar qualquer pagamento e, para minha surpresa, poucos dias após, recebi mensagem do próprio hotel exigindo o pagamento integral da estadia, caso contrário a reserva seria cancelada. Nitidamente fui enganado na contratação e coagido a pagar posteriormente, pois, além de ter sido entregue produto diferente daquele que efetivamente comprei, houve quebra contratual e desrespeito ao código do consumidor, bem como à política interna do Booking. Como este comunicado foi feito posteriormente à contratação, na época que exigiram o pagamento não existiam mais opções de estadia, mesmo porque a justificativa pelo pagamento antecipado era justamente por conta da alta demanda, mas eu já havia contratado minha estadia sob outras condições. Isso foi um absurdo e quero dar publicidade a este nítido abuso, o qual merece iniciativas judiciais e alerta àqueles que contratem este hotel no Booking no mesmo formato que descrevi (sem a necessidade de pagamento antecipado). Espero que o Booking tome medidas restritivas com relação a este hotel e, no mínimo, formalize um pedido de desculpas a mim, pois estamos diante de um caso extremamente grave!

Its novel/fresh look and amenities.

Very poor staff. Mistakenly charged 1.5x for the night and claimed transaction has been unclaimed by a merchant (them). No solution provided. Kept my partner from entering the room since the check-in time. Demanded significant extra pay for slightly earlier check in even though the room was free. Argued that if we wanted to enrol sooner — $85 to be paid and room to be cleaned sooner as this goes to maid (haha). Rubbish service, eventually cost us 2.5x the night rate that was expected.
