The room was very comfortable. The shower was hot and with a good water pressure. It is very close to the train station, but 20-30 minutes from the city centre. We liked the place as it was very quiet, what we needed after the days full of trekking. The staff was very friendly and always eager to help. Warm tea is available all the time.

The nights were cold but we asked for some extra blankets and we got them without any problems.

Very helpful staff, dealt with all our wishes. Very warm showers with a very good pressure. Comfortable room. Very close to the station for those who need to catch a train in the morning.

One time we had some issues with breakfast, as there was nobody who could prepare it for us. The room at night is very cold so it's good to ask for additional blanket. The shower could be cleaner.

The location was easy access to the bus and train station.

Heather wasn't provided. We had to pay extra for the heater. Too noisy during the day as renovation works were going on in the premise. Breakfast was not up to the expectations.

Stayed three weeks in total. The staff and the conservatory were exceptional. Sander even took me playing football with him and his friends :) The bed was very comfortable and huge. WiFi did work perfectly. Kitchen was great to prepare some meals. They took care of our luggage during our trip to Machu Picchu. The hospedaje is very secure.

Some minor things that didn't bother us too much. Sometimes the water gets turned off in Cusco during daytime and the hot water was unreliable. The hospedaje has a reserve tank for water. The apartment is a bit noisy when guests walk upstairs.
