The hotel is old and rundown. Stuff was very nice. Dicent breakfast. My room didn't have any windows.

Nice central location from which to explore Cusco on foot. Great breakfast, very comfortable beds, hot shower, super cute room and courtyard area.

It’s a clean Hotel-Boutique in a great location with friendly staff, but the real highlight was the spacious room with comfortable beds. I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast options, but it helped to at least have something in my stomach before starting the day. The lady who helped with check-in also arranged a shuttle to the airport for the next morning (for an additional charge),which was another plus.

Gorgeous place and just 4 blocks from main square. Everyone super friendly. We even got breakfast to go as we left early.

Arrived way before check in time at 5:30 am and had to pay $40 for early check in. That was totally reasonable but it didn't include breakfast or even coffee. No water in the room, was told to use tap water. There were no windows in the actual room. A small entry room had a window facing the courtyard.

Very spacious room. Accommodating - allowed us to store baggage while we did a 5-day trek. Eclectic decor - mixing modern and historic details. Great location. Offered us a box lunch when we had to check out very early in the morning before breakfast was served.

Las habitaciones quedan en el segundo piso y hay que subir por una escalera que no tiene varanda, lo cual es muy peligroso. Las habitaciones no cuentan con calefacción pero pedimos un calentador y nos lo dieron pero solo lo dan si la habitación principal no lo está usando. El baño es demasiado pequeño, cuesta bañarse. Uno de nosotros de desmayo por falta de oxígeno, tenían un tanque para ofrecer pero nadie lo sabía usar . El personal en general es amable y tiene buena ubicación.

It is a beautiful building but really needs some work on a few key issues 1. Internet upstairs in our room was terrible. 2. Shower leaked 3. Room was cold, I know it's Cusco but even so. 4. Staff were friendly but really need some additional training. 5. Room skylight needs a curtain On the plus side 1. Water pressure was good 2. Great location 3. Good breakfast 4. Lovely decoration

Mon séjour à La Llave s’est super bien déroulé. L’emplacement était parfait, on pouvait marcher pour visiter les points d’intérêt de Cuzco. L’hôtel offrait un petit déjeuner le matin qui était bon et complet. Le personnel était vraiment gentil et serviable. Elles nous ont offert du mate de coca dès notre arrivée et étaient très attentionnées durant notre séjour.

Ett väldigt mysigt lokalt hotell. 2 kvarter från plaza de armas (centrala Cusco) och nära till marknaden San Pedro där man kan köpa många fina saker. Trevligt bemötande trotts att vi kom fram mitt i natten och god frukost.
