The breakfast was OK, the central location was also good

When we checked in around 17:30, we were assigned our rooms. The reservation was for 3 adults in 2 rooms. My room was acceptable since I was staying alone. However, the room assigned to my daughter and her husband was exactly the same size, with a bed only 1.20 meters wide, which was far too small for two adults. The next morning, they informed me that they had slept very poorly because the bed was extremely narrow for two grown adults, which I completely understood. I went to reception to complain and ask why they had been assigned such a room. I was told that our reservation was for two single rooms and that, if we wanted a room with a king-size bed, we would need to pay an additional charge. I explained that we had booked very clearly through [Booking.com](https://www.booking.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) for 2 rooms for 3 adults, and that this response was unacceptable. Unfortunately, the manager was not available at the time. We travel frequently and have never experienced a situation like this before. Usually, if there is a problem with the room, the hotel offers a solution or changes the room. Since we were only staying two nights, we eventually decided not to waste more time arguing about it. However, when I was leaving yesterday at 8:00 a.m., I noticed that the room next to mine had a normal king-size bed. Why we were not given or at least offered that room remains a big question.

Por lejos lo que más nos acomodó fue la ubicación, a solo dos cuadras de la catedral y muy cercano a los demás lugares de interés en el casco histórico de la ciudad. Punto alto que destacar la amabilidad y preocupación por los detalles del personal del hotel, en especial aquellas encargadas del desayuno.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, just steps from the Plaza de Armas/Cathedral. The cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast buffet had an incredible variety. The most remarkable aspect was the customer service, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I must give special thanks to the breakfast staff; they were incredibly attentive, treating us with respect and smiling the entire time. Special congratulations to them! Even on our last day at breakfast, the staff offered us chocolates with a "Have a good trip" message. Incredible. Definitely recommended. WELL DONE!!!

The only thing they could improve is the lighting in the entrance; we arrived very late and it was very dark, and the front desk staff didn't turn on the light
