"Overall a pleasant stay."

The location is unbeatable, close to all the main places to visit and close to a lot of restaurants and Picanterias. Room was spacious and comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. I also loved the rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the three volcanoes surrounding Arequipa

Breakfast needs improvement, missing in freshness and in choice while a buffet breakfast. I had a breakfast bag done the day of an early excursion, I am sorry to said that the ham and cheese sandwich was very average and that the apple was rotten. That stopped me from trying the restaurant later on and from having again a breakfast bag done the day of my early departure.

La habitación era muy bonita y amplia.

La habitación era muy bonita y amplia, pero en las noches la puerta se movía como si la estuvieran intentando abrir, asumimos que era por las corrientes de aire en el pasillo, pero fue molesto porque diario nos despertábamos en la madrugada por el ruido de la puerta.

Beds comfortable, great location.

Not enough hooks for towels/clothes. No waste basket in room, only in bathroom. Very, very bad breakfast (had to ask for milk for coffee/cereal, no yogurt for fruit, poor selection of everything), shower/toilet room is tiny. After cleaning, had to ask for free water bottles, coffee pod, and robe. Filtered water only available on ground floor.
