Santuario Machupicchu

Chambre grande et propre. Grand lit double. Personnel très gentil. Un petit déjeuner style buffet était inclus dans notre prix. Proximité du centre en étant plus au calme.

Dommage que dans notre chambre l’eau n’était pas chaude comme nous l’aurions voulu.

The hotel has a good location and is ok, yet service is not.

0 flexibility as a service for room access. We came back from MP and still had more than half an hour left to access our room but were refused. We couldn’t even quickly brush our teeth. No courtesy.

Perfect location for hiking up to Machu Picchu, a little down the road of the main city. The staff were also extremely helpful

Quite loud from the rapids outside but this is not even a issue

Good location, the room had a good size and a good view on the river Good breakfast

- The staff pushes for cash payments and tried to charge me 5% if I paid by card. - Very noisy at night with barking dogs. - Checkout at 10:00 AM, they kick you out of the room, or try to charge you an extra $15 if you want to keep the room until noon! - They are not attentive to customers, except for the lady who serves breakfast, who is very helpful.
