This is a private residency that was decided to be rented as a hotel, and you can feel it right away. The service is not smooth. Cleaning is not ok, no hot water, bath smelled from the first day, the breakfast was two eggs, one piece of bread, and some tiny pieces of fruits, which is ok, but definitely not the level of "lux bungalow". The enterence is "private" , meaning you arrive at the closed gate and have to call a manager, but the connection is off at that place so we had to come back to the main road to catch a connection. Then once you are at the property you are totally dependable on the manager. Whatever you want - just text him. But the internet is very bad and often off. The guy doesnt always checking the phone, as the proverb goes the first day the guest is a gold, but the last day they are a trash. The same is here! The territory is nice. That is it. As a traveller with an experience I can say that this place has a lot to improve and the manager is a young guy who is smiling into your face all the time but has soemthing else in his mind.

During my stay there was an accident with a stove in the kitchen. I started cooking and the stove crashed, with the pieces of glass heading all over me. This is all on cameras since they have them on the kitchen. Yet not checking the cameras they have accused me of breaking the stove, and asked me to pay. After a short discussion they came back and said I may not pay, but I have to move out in a day. In this area it is not possible to find a good accommodation with such a short notice. I in fact I did move out even sooner then in a day, since their attitude was unacceptable to me. But the very fact that the manager of the hotel is accusing a client of something they never did, instead of checking the cameras, and making me off from the hotel is totally absurd. Of couse they said they were planing a "reconstruction" but they took my money in ahead for a longer stay before that! On the other hand this is a Peruvian culture in a way. Service is poor here. No rules or laws work. Whether you are a client or not - doesn't matter. If there is an immature manager at a property who doesn't understand client service and simple human justice - you are done, anything can happen to you at any time because he thinks he is right. I would surely go to court with their camera recordings if I were in a different country and make them pay all the penalties for my expenditures for moving out and the moral detriment. I don't recommend staying here to anybody for a simple reason - in the end you depend on people, and the people at this property are dishonest. Supposedly the cameras on the property are for your safety, but here they are for checking if nobody is "stealing from the fridge" and once you ask them to show the recordings - the cameras seem not to work. I was trying to explain this to the manager but his style of communicating with me (a client who paid them for the whole month of staying without asking for anything!
