"The hotel itself is very nice. However, the staff is very far from professional."

It is what it is – a third world mentality will always be a third world mentality. In my case they were lying to me on several occasions (when I proved they were lying, they apologized but they shouldn’t have lied in the first place) and of course - changing prices of services as it suited them.
