The room was beautiful and spacious. There’s a lovely pool and a very kind and helpful cleaning lady named Christine.

Firstly, it is actually called Eden Beach resorts and spa Bamburi. Im sure it’s been renamed to distance itself from past bad reviews especially on Google and look like a “new addition” Secondly, listing had it as “Breakfast included” but Breakfast was NOT INCLUDED. The staff looked shocked when I asked about breakfast 🤣. There was no hot water in the shower or bath and no air conditioning in the living area. Third and most hilarious 😂, the prepaid electricity meter was beeping all day on the 21st of August. I informed the host at 8am and nothing was done about it ALL DAY. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA to HAVE ELECTRICITY. Also, there wasn’t even toilet paper for use on arrival. And it’s not beachfront, there’s no beach.
