The space, location, convenience, and overall value for money is hard to beat. Internet is good and reliable.

The location is fantastic.

After a very early morning flight, we had to wait for about 40 minutes for the lady to bring the key and yet we had communicated our arrival time. Then our apartment was the only one without power for a whole day, they eventually fixed it at night..

Breakfast was not included. Location is beautiful with great view but everything else was horrible including customer experience. The supervisor stated the place was new, that should not be an excuse. I would expect the host to check out the place before the guests arrives.

Payment - Booking.com was paid for our stay, the host person Martha demanded that we pay the host directly because the host would get our payment on 4/11/2024. Per Martha, the host could not wait to receive our payment on 4/11/2024. This meant that I paid the host again because this rude Martha could allow us to check in. And I had to call/chat with Booking.com to receive my refund (it was a very frustrating experience. Checking in - no one met with us to assist it, the instructions sent via whatsapp was not clear. Wifi - Wifi was not working for over 24 hours (it had to do with the internet providers per host). Water heater - It was not working for over 24 hours and again multiple maintenance came. Bathroom tissues - for 4 nights, the host left us one in each toilet. Rude Martha stated she will send additional each and asked me to go buy more if I needed extra. We are talking about basic need. prior to this we had already purchased tissue paper/laundry detergent and left the remaining for them. Check out - The supervisor called me per my request on Wednesday, I discussed above issues with her. The supervisor allowed us to check out at 1:30 pm. On the day of check out, they cut off our light - there was no communication from the supervisor to inform the staff that she approved us to check out at 1:30 pm. We were in darkness and we hurried up and left.
