The location and general appearance of the hotel was good.

There was NO wifi throughout the stay. The staff didn't bother to help us with the connection. The taps in the toilets were awful, water pressure was too low to have a good shower. The stuff were helpful but too slow to get to you. Like we had to wait almost 30min for our baggage to be collected from our rooms to our car. At the restaurant although the waiters label said "Trainee" but service needs to ramped up still. Service & Maintenance especially toilets needs to be levelled up!

I like everything about the place. The food, the staff, customer service, the transfer services, the ambience, location. Everything was superb.

Reception: dei muri di gomma, ti rimbalzano per qualsiasi cosa e non risolvono nulla A Pasqua c'erano si è no 10 clienti nel villaggio, dalle 8 di mattina che siamo arrivati ci hanno dato la stanza alle 13.30, alla mia richiesta di anticipare il check-in ci hanno chiesto 35€...il villaggio era vuoto e le stanze pronte, pessimi. Ti seguono e bombardano già dal primo gg x fare escursioni con loro a prezzi folli( consiglio di andare dai beach boys, chiedete di Nemo nella spiaggia difronte, con lui ci siamo trovati benissimo) Cibo scarso, poca scelta Animazione assente All inclusive quasi inutile, non avendo un bar in piscina e in spiaggia Tende oscuranti in camera più corte della misura della finestra, entrava luce la mattina Non c'era acqua calda in camera, dopo varie lamentele e interventi sul boiler ce lo hanno cambiato ma il giorno dopo non funzionava neanche questo... Il condizionatore non funzionava bene
