"Friendly and helpful staff, well located, nice buildings but a bit run down. Decent value."

Good location in Karen, a short car ride to most areas of interest. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable and the food was good.

The infrastructure is a bit old and run down. In particular the showers are difficult to work resulting in frequent lukewarm or cold showers and flooded bathroom floors.

Great location. Staff is super friendly and available to help at any point. Comfortable beds and nice big rooms.

We had to wait a lot for our food during dinner on our first night and some items are not available form their breakfast menu on several occasions. Bit their food is absolutely delicious

Great attentive staff and rooms are great. Very comfortable and location is great to explore nearby activities. Lovely place to retreat after touring around the city and game drives.

Breakfast took a bit longer than expected due to some confusion on orders but food is delicious! :)

"Excellent staff"

The staff were great and the rooms were a good size. The pool area was nice and the cleaning staff were very good. The security staff were welcoming and friendly.

There was often a wait for food or drinks - there needs to be improvements on the catering side.
