"Хорошее расположении, но требует уборки"

Хорошее расположение в центре Вилигамы. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Хороший кофе в кофейне на ресепшене. Есть парковка на две машины. Строек рядом нет.

Wi-fi постоянно работал с перебоями, можно сказать не работал. Достаточно шумно от дороги и тусовок в соседних заведениях, но в этой локации, думаю, везде так. Самое убийственное и неуютное - кондиционер, который расположен напротив кровати и дуем прямо в лицо во время сна, и это никак не настроить. Есть вариант выключить, но тогда будет сильно жарко. Хотелось бы видеть больше чистоты в отеле, который позиционирует себя как 4-х звездный. Неважная уборка в номерах, холлах, и на ресепшене. Пятна, разводы, пыль и заляпанные зеркала - бросаются в глаза. Можно приятно проводить время и в простом отеле, но чистота - это главная красота. Только из-за очень гостеприимного персонала не могу снизить оценку.

קודם כל והדבר הכי בולט פה- תודעת שירות מטורפת! האנשים הכי נחמדים, הכי שירותיים, כל בקשה שהייתה לי טופלה באותו הרגע. יש להם מספר וואטסאפ שהם זמינים בו לכל דבר. בנוסף- הניקיון. היינו בשני חדרים ושניהם היו מתוקתקים, נקיים ומסודרים. שזה מאוד חשוב:) מיטה גדולה, אחלה מקלחת עם זרם מים חמים ומיזוג אוויר. בבריכה לא השתמשתי אבל נראית אחלה. הוייפיי עובד סבבה לגמרי, רק בקומה העליונה קצת חלש. מיקום פצצה, ממש 5 דק הליכה מחוף ווליגמה. כשהארכנו עוד לילה שדרגו אותה לסוויטה בקומה העליונה שהייתה ממממש מהממת. מומלץ לכולם:)

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und geräumig. Ein Top-Hotel in dieser Kategorie …

Der Pool ist leider im Schatten und es gibt nur 2 Liegen, dafür ist der Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe und wenn man Glück hat, ergattert man dort eine Liege der Surfschulen

Modern hotel with clean and spacious rooms and comfortable facilities. Great location a few minutes from the beach and many restaurants. Staff were very attentive and friendly, and they did their best to make our stay perfect. Very good breakfast with good options and large portions.

Room rates slightly on the higher side.
