The clean rooms , their good service and a very calm place .

It only serves breakfast , but the breakfast is amazing .

I had actually booked for my mum and she was really happy, said the place was very clean and she loved everything about the place

The staff was super friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed the stay. Super value and an incredible swimming pool.

The staff were most helpful and welcoming, and the good size pool was refreshing and clean.

La propreté parfaite dans les chambres et dans les espaces communs, que nous n'avons rencontrée dans aucun autre hôtel de cette catégorie au Kenya. Parfait entretien de la piscine. La proximité de la mer. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

L'hôtel est proche de la mer, mais n'est pas en front de mer.

Terrible reception

Spotlessly clean room. Lovely pool. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed. Location great too, not on the beach but easily walkable, and walkable to a shopping mall also.

Entry and exit requires waiting at a large iron gate patrolled by a gate man. You can’t just walk in and out you have to bang on the gate until someone opens up. This led to a slightly sour note on departure our taxi arrived at 6am and the gateman locked the gate behind it; as there was no one on reception to hand back the key to, we gave it to the gatemen who just vanished without explanation, for a number of minutes locking us and the taxi in the compound. The taxi man, unaware of where the gateman had gone and anxious to get moving, opened the gate himself, which caused a dispute between him, the gate man and member of reception staff who finally appeared. Apparently they check rooms on departure before allowing guests out of the gate. This had not been communicated, and should have been, though the fact guests are effectively detained on departure pending room checks did make me wonder about what’s happened with other guests.
