It's a lovely place. I don't have a problem with the place. Its nice.

Although its close to the main Westlands area, it was a bit difficult for uber and other transport to find. Check in is 1pm. Thats a bit late, especially coming in from an early flight. The host said I could check in earlier 10am but didn't know or tell me another guest wasn't going to check out until 10am so I waited for 2 hours. But again, normal check in is 1pm for a reason that I now see but would have been nice if told, that they needed 2 hours and that noon was the earliest. What I didn't like most of all was having to replace one broken glass by buying a dozen. I chipped a glass in the kitchen. My fault, messaged the guess before check out, and asked how can I remedy it. They said the 'rule is to buy a dozen' and charged me 1,500 shillings. There were 5 glasses in the kitchen. I could have easily went to the market and buy a replacement. Or even 2 but was told I had to buy a dozen? It felt like a scam to get more money out of me.

It's a very beautiful place in the nice Westlands area of Nairobi. Short cab ride to malls and eating places, etc .
