The Cobbler Hotel

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cobbler Hotel. The room was beautifully styled, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with great amenities and lovely complimentary touches that made the stay feel extra special. It truly had everything you needed for a relaxing city stay. The location was absolutely fabulous, just a short walk to Cuba Street with its incredible restaurants, bars and atmosphere, making it the perfect base for exploring Wellington. Parking was a little challenging at first, however the hotel staff provided excellent instructions and guidance on how best to navigate the parking situation, which made it completely manageable and far less stressful. It certainly wasn’t a reflection on the hotel, simply part of staying in such a fantastic central location.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city.

Great little hotel close to everything. Wifi was fast and I was able to work and even stream some sport for a period. Good tv with several streaming options (you need your own account). Place was super clean and shower/bathroom was great. No staff or reception but didn't need them anyway given the emails and speed of cust serv.

Excellent location, has everything I needed

Two bedroom Library apartment was great to hang out in before a nearby gig in the city, heaps of space for two couples. Comfy leather sofas. Beds were good too. Liked the quirky personality, like the old suitcases on the wardrobes, pot plants, books and retro things displayed in the living room.

The bathroom was an odd room, very large but space under utilised and not in keeping with the design. (Shower pressure was great though!)

Love the location, comfortable bed, stylish simplistic decor. Nice little welcome treat bag :)

The lighting in the bathroom made it very tricky to do hair and make up.

The room we stayed in was very warm and cozy. It was very tidy and comfortable too. We loved that it was so central to explore the city while we were there.

Very warm rooms, hard to cool down.

Nice, modern, well appointed room surrounded by great eateries, coffee and drinks. There was a lovely complementary mini bar and the room was well laid out, clean and comfortable.

There was a bit of street noise that managed to permeate the building, and the aircon was a little inconsistent (kept switching from warm to cold but the heat/cool setting couldn't be controlled in the room).
