Rocky Ridge Cedar Cabin with Hot Tub & Amazing Views

This property is listed incorrectly. The real address is 11 miles away. Do not book with Cozi Vacation Rentals. The customer service is terrible. They are not local and they dont care about their guests. I’m still waiting on a refund.

Property was too far from any amenities. Property was difficult to access . . . GPS couldn't find it initially; roads were terrible, property is obviously prone to being flooded judging by low water crossings. There was NO fireplace. We were in a duplex cabin which we were not made aware of. Other guests were unexpected, unwelcome and noisy. The online views were deceptive; nonexistent from ground level. Definitely not to the usual high standards of Wyndham properties where we have stayed previously.

The second day we used the hot tub be had to get out after a few minutes and shower. Our eyes started burning and we both ended up with rashes. The chlorine level was way too high. Our swim suites look like they were washed in bleach. Disappointing because this is what led us to your cabins.

Secluded

I didn’t like the fact that I got a address from booking and codes for door then find out I was given the wrong address and the the cozy cabins people seemed to know that I was given the wrong address. Because of this my wife had to piss on the side of the road and had a sheriff show up and threaten to give use a ticket because we were 17 minutes away from where we were actually staying. Then cozy cabins started dodging my calls because I called from wife’s phone and they answered. Then changed everything g to get number.

Beautiful view and beautiful cabin!! Very comfortable

We didn’t realize it was a shared cabin and the tv was very slow for internet
