House was spacious, clean, accomodating location great. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room for huge group. Breathtaking views.

Booking review states water park on site. That's false. AC didn't work for 2 days. Washing machine is broke. MGMT promised to get fixed and did not. Microwave held together with duct tape. No additional paper products, trash bags etc. Floor tiles all broken. All in all house served purpose but not at a premium cost. They scheduled deck guy to come while there to perform an estimate. 2 amenities, I specifically looked for, that I needed for group of 13 not available. Bed upstairs is missing center support. Management needs to do better at upkeep or be willing to compensate when appliances are broken. Ice maker doesn't work. No remotes for tvs.

There were several repairs that were needed. I sent photos and messages to the host so that I would not be held responsible. The tiles on the kitchen floor were cracked, the pool table legs were slanted, the banister and bathroom sinks needed to be refinished, and there was a broken board under one of the beds.

The size of the rental.

The basement didn’t have heat. The arcade machine didn’t work. There were several cosmetic issues. For example, front porch had a tripping hazard, black duct tape on the bottom of the microwave, missing floor tiles, rugs were not stuck down to the floor and present another tripping hazard. I almost cut my lip on a drinking glass because the rim was chipped.
