They clean the pool late they could clean it at 6am for guests who would like to swim early and they can improve on customer service

We also enjoyed their Ala carte breakfast. Special thanks to Safari, our favourite among the staff, very kind and helpful.

✓Dirty Pool 😒🙄... Keep the filters on & get a professional to help you keep the pool clean always. ✓Door Locks for Room 206 wasn't working..but John the Property Manager helped us get a better room. ✓Poor Wifi Signal .. ✓ Work with neighboring property owners to clean the pool... The beach is mostly coral at the shore so not as enjoyable. You can however walk further and experience the more sandy and clear water sections of the beach during low tide. The rooms need their locks checked, replaced or sprayed with WD40.. they would jam at times. The common area balcony on the 2nd floor has a lovely view of the ocean but the glass railing is wobbly and therefore hazardous. The WiFi is unstable despite them seeking to have boosters on every floor and every room. The pool needs more regular attention. Please just have the filters on at all times to purify the water... it looked too cloudy and had particles in it.. Makes one uncomfortable to spend time in that water. Overall, I think cleanliness can be improved.. table cloths, beach bed mattresses... it's the little things that take away from this lovely establishment in a big way.

Very private, easy to relax with a homely comfort, a place to revisit with the whole family.

No beach to take a walk, very heavy wind in the evening but an openable glass panel could solve the problem..

The staff were nice, and the room was spacious and clean. A bit far compared to most hotels but easy to find a tuk tuk.

Many things need be improved, especially the cleanliness of the common areas (breakfast tables, tablecloths, chairs). The breakfast buffet needs proper refrigeration for fruits, and a better system needs to be found for ordering hot breakfast foods (we waited more than half an hour for an omelette, we had already eaten the rest of our breakfast). The staff were nice but they need more training on service. The hotel really needs to consider the ambience and the experience it provides for its customers: no music, no activities, no local recommendations. My room did not have a bathtub as stated on booking.com.

It’s very nice , calm , well organized and spotless clean. The restaurant food was always well prepared and tasty, the staff were so helpful and kind specially Alex the manager.
