The Glacier Hotel Nanyuki

Excellent, professional, friendly service, with special thanks to Vanessa, whose service skills could put her in any Michelin restaurant. And a chef who knows what he's doing in the kitchen. Dinner was delicious. And the view from the dining room, up on the 7th floor was spectacular. You can see Mount Kenya beyond the town, and see how incredibly green Nanyuki really is.

The bathroom in our room was impossibly small, and challenging as the door opens into it, meaning you have to step into the shower to close the door just to access the toilet. Especially complicated once you've showered and the shower floor is wet. Or if you have mobility issues. The location is a bit out of the way for a walk to the local malls and shops.

Nice, good quality Kenyan Hotel. Very good value for money. Staff exceptional, helpful and approachable. All wanting to ensure that you have a good, comfortable time. Plenty of parking space Hotel was not busy. Food and drinks, including breakfast, very good. Rooftop bar a nice place fo relax with good views. Saw Mount Kenya from the hotel room but had to get up early to see it.

The breakfast was incredible. Served to your table, 2x as much food as you could imagine wanting, and everything delicious and prepared with care. Nanyuki is a wonderful city to visit.

I struggled with the water heater in the shower.

Epic experience, amazing customer service, clean rooms, a generous portion of the breakfast. Will totally come back next time and will recommend anyone to visit.
