Room was spacious and location was good for CBD. A lot of amenities provided and host was in contact well. They were understanding and put forth a lot of effort themselves to make sure things were up to standard.

Keys are a bit out of the way so while it is safe/tech-savvy for comfort, not being at the location directly was a bit tedious. The room and what they provided were quite nice but the hotel that the apartment is in, is dreadful with terrible customer service. I approached the lady at reception named Christina and she asked me, "What do you want." As a guest, that was bewildering and crazy for me to comprehend as it is supposed to be a luxurious stay. I understand technicalities with this hotel room being rented out and a separate entity, but wow.
