The property was unclean. The carpets are extremely stained, the dining chairs - 2 were broken - and we almost got injured and they were all stained, the toilet brush in the bathroom was revolting and covered in matter, the shower had a previous person’s used items still in there and the beds were so soft they were not very comfortable. The positives are the location for us was suitable (and not far from the Main Road but not noisy), the back garden was big which is good for families, and the property had good sized bedrooms (although they lack fans and there were no instructions on how to use the air conditioning). We communicated wind the property managers/owners about the cleanliness but we’re disappointed they did not rectify the issues while we were there or were not honest about the state of the property prior to our arrival.
