Great location, nice balcony, great view. Comfy dining table/ chairs.

Little attention to detail, floor sticky, 4 mismatched mugs, one chipped, kettle faulty, kept turning itself on and off, no shelves in showers, all round no frills, more a cheap and cheerful stay, so in my opinion overpriced for what it is. Also, I did not appreciate being messaged on checkout to only review if I was giving five stars so they could retain genius level.

Great central location. The instructions to entry and exit were easy to follow. The staff were extremely helpful. The room has everything you need for a two night stay.

The TV didn't work as there was no free cable box.

Very comfortable, great views. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. Comfortable beds, nice hot shower.

Location was great, views were fantastic, friendly and easy communication, beds comfy and great amenities. We will be back!

Apartment was clean and tidy except for bottom of net curtains. This is the first thing you notice so be good to get them cleaned.

We loved the close proximity to SKY Casino where we had dinner with whanau. Straight across the pedestrian crossing on Federal Street. Apartment has everything you need for 2 nights stay. Good view of the harbour from 17th floor.

Nothing to complain about

We had to empty the rubbish even though we were charged for cleaning and also there were hidden costs. Had to pay another $350 deposit which is not told to you when you pay for your stay which is disappointing. You have to pay for the deposit before you get the instructions on where to pick the key. Good thing you get free taxi transfer from the airport if not we would have to pay for extra just to pick the apartment key. The key is not at the apartment it is 5 mins away from the apartment.
