Location in CBD South east aspect - so cool in summer (There is no air con in the apartment)

Communication with host was complicated No response to emails or the 0800 number paid to call pleasant but not clear responses The $350 deposit on top of fully paid booking The apartment needs repaint and new carpet The dining chairs are stained the couch is sagging

Good location, walking distance to main attractions and public transport. Having a car park was handy.

I agree with another review - "Once you book you get about a dozen emails then before check-in you have to fill out a 10 minute questionnaire asking for lots of info and send ID’s for all adults staying which is painful." Trying to find the parking garage was difficult. The building was dated but the apartment was clean enough. Only soap in the bathroom is supplied, bring your own body wash and shampoo. When we checked out we needed to move the car from the garage (with the access cards) and then return the cards to the apartment.

The final deposit was debited twice Hard to find the key options as 2 doors and was confused Hard to find the parking building. Wish they said leave the building turn right and go up the next alley way to your right. Who cares it is 1 way and we are going the wrong way. No one is in the alley way.

The views and location

Rubber seal on door in main bedroom has dropped down and the wind noise is quite loud.

Wifi was slow, location of keys was obscure and inconvenient for those traveling by public transportation and the provisions of toilet rolls/tea/coffee/sugar weren't adequate for the number of guests and duration of stay.

Location was great, also the car parking

Very disappointed in the unit, very old, and very tired and very sparsely furnished including crockery, glasses and cutlery. The furniture was stained, rickety and generally uncomfortable. The TVs are old, and un able to stream any platforms. Heaps of wires and cords in the living room, a real tripping hazard The owner messaged us, we complained and did receive more cutlery and glasses. Nothing else was offered.
