The check-in process. The access codes need to be granted earlier or someone should be on site to assist with check in. Otherwise it can prove problematic if you don’t have Internet access

Amazing views, fantastic overall space and superb facilities in terms of seating, kitchen, bedroom. The best location in Auckland but a peaceful nr the park.

Curtains could have better blocked the light but such a tiny thing.

The collection of the keys was very cumbersome and stressful. Zodiak apartments sends you the code for key collection via email upon arrival to the airport followed by an email with codes etc. If you do not have access to internet then you do not receive this information. There is no human being to meet, all goes via email. So I had to call them to retrieve the information. This was far from seamless check in and the check out process was equally cumbersome. for that reason I will not stay in this property again and I also do not recommend it to others.

Great location and facilities.

Self-contained and self-catered. All amenities including dishwasher and washing machine. In close proximity to very good eating places and within walking distance of city, port and cultural precincts.

Process for gaining entry was complex and no assistance was given when I arrived at 3 a.m. from a delayed flight. Designated driver did not have any knowledge of the system. Management should provide clear instructions for after hours access including the information that the key card does not work for the main entrance after 10 p.m. Similarly, when leaving, the client has to leave the key card in the unit but needs the card to access the lift, I finally worked out that the lift would allow me to access the lobby of the co-located hotel. So easy to provide this information to save distress for the client.

Easy check-in, really comfortable well equipped apartment with great views across the park and towards the harbour. The apartment is centrally located just a short walk from main shopping streets such as Queen St.

Blackout blinds / curtains in the bedroom would have been a welcome bonus as we had just arrived from overseas and were adjusting to the time difference.

Great location for discovering Auckland. Comfortable bed, good shower, equipped kitchen and living area with everything you would need.

Nothing we didn’t like. Maybe put in a airer as not all people like tumble dryers. A printed guided (especially with Wi-Fi code) would be helpful as my online PDF did not open.
