Very helpful apartment admin staff! They allowed me to place my luggage in their office in the early morning. Clean and tidy. Good and useful facilities.

I lost 10euros and 2000 shillings cash in the room. I hope the apartment should strengthen management of the housekeeper. Apparently it's not polite to take one or two notes out of the dozen the customer just withdrawaled and put on the couch. This calls into question the safety of the apartment.

Serene Heights Kileleshwa. I just remember this name for the best airbnb in Nairobi Kenya. I stayed there for a few days. Stepping through the lobby, I was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They were always greeting and smiling at me.The location of the apartment is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this furnished apartment to the anyone who want accommodation within Nairobi Kenya. I will be back to this place soon..!!!

Everything was OK.

The apartment was perfect for our first trip to the city! Its a short walk from supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. It’s also right next to the metro, tram and bus stop so you are minutes away from the heart of Nairobi The hosts provided everything we needed and were available at all times to answer our questions very quickly. It’s definitely been one of our favorite holidays so far, and would definitely recommend it to others.
