Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Aussicht von der Gemeinschaftsterrasse war schön.

In erster Linie muss man die steilen Treppen erwähnen, jeder Gast sollte auch bedenken, dass man sein Gepäck da auch hochschleppen muß. Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel, da kaum Fenster vorhanden sind. Auf der Gemeinschaftsterrasse waren beide Sonnenschirme defekt. Es gab nicht mal einen Lappen um über die Arbeitsflächen wischen zu können. Die Badewanne ist voller Roststellen. Am Montag kamen dann auch noch Handwerker um an der Terrasse weiter zu arbeiten. Wir haben uns nach 2 Tagen eine andere Unterkunft gesucht und sind aus der Wohnung geflüchtet.

Not a private terrace as was advertised. It's more of a walkway, since it's the only entrance/exit and access to the communal roof terrace for the adjacent property's guests. No view, except for the fire extinguisher. (The door and window shown in my photos are the neighbours.) Lounge: no windows, very dark with a basement feel. Bathroom: outdated, shower over bathtub, no windows or ventilation. Bedrooms: Small windows giving very little light, full curtains covering the walls to give the impression of more windows. The views from the kitchen and the main bedroom are grim. I tried to communicate with a very defensive owner over a period of five days. No apology from the owner, who finally offered an extra night or two if we changed our flights! That's when I gave up trying to communicate. He has since changed the description of the terrace from private to lovely? Overall, this is a very basic appartment, which is not reflected in the price.

Beautiful apartment, great views of Puerto de Mogan. The beds were comfortable and we liked the feel of a traditional family home .

88 steps up so may be an issue for some.

Location and terrace with the view is a highlight definitely!

This is an excellent, newly refurbished, very well-equipped, spacious property with fabulous views. It is better than the photos and good value for Puerto de Mogán. The only reason I gave 9 not 10 is because it is still being finished eg. Wi-Fi is installed but not yet functional. The location is fabulous- right in the harbour with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, car hire, beach front all within a 5 minute walk, but it was really quiet for sleeping at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again if we were to return to Puerto de Mogán.

It didn’t bother us, but it’s worth noting for less mobile guests, that the house is located at the top of 87 steps.

Private Appartement with two bedrooms. Very private balcony and we were the first guests after refurbishment. The agent Mariska was extremely helpful. We even booked an extra five days and will definitely come again. Puerta de Mogan is well...you'll have to come and see and don't forget the massive market on Fidays. The only downside is the steep steps up to the Appartementen.
