The location, the space

I’m not able to speak about the good parts because the unique full that I was there it was without electricity and for this reason it impossible to use the apartment.

In 2 night stay, we were 1 day without electricity! It can be days since it happened before has written on other comments. It was really expensive regarding that you can stay without electricity and the host does not do anything. Costumer care ZERO! Dishonest, did not return the deposit after requesting a honest refund because we were without electricity for 1 day. Dishonest host! He accused us of damages we didn't do. He didn’t return the deposit after requesting a refund because we were without electricity for 1 day. This building has an huge problem on electricity supply that’s it is not enough for the building and the supermarket next to it. When we requested for a honest refund the owner just replied with excuses and ended with accusing us for damages that we didn’t do! (scratches on the dining table and for broken an 30 years old flush toilet that just stayed running water without stopping at the first flush).

We didn't have breakfast included. The location was excellent(situated in the city center).

Very nice lighting and with everything you need

It is very central, 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Everything looks brand new and it’s very clean. Rafael is very helpful. Before arrival he sent very clear instruction for the self check-in which was super easy. He also sent a list of restaurants/bars he recommends in the area. Unfortunately we have forgotten our phone at the apartment when we checked out. Again Raffael was super helpful in mailing it to us. Highly recommend for service, location and state of the apartment.

It got quite warm in the bedrooms at night (though still manageable it being April/May).

First time staying in a flat that everything was flawless. Location is in the heart of the city, 5-10 min by walk to all touristic destinations. Flat is spacious and clean. The assistant Rafael was really helpful.

The 2 twin beds in one of the rooms should be attached to each other from the middle. Because under any movement or push during the sleep, the beds separate from the middle easily and there is a chance to find yourself on the floor :) But it’s not a big deal, just a reccommendation.

The location was perfect for visiting sites like the Alcazar, Cathedral, Bull Ring, and much more!
