Cullera Beach Apartment Espacio

The location was perfect for starting the day enjoying the beautiful sunrises from the balcony. The area is very quiet at this time of year, allowing us to enjoy walks on the beach and around town. It's convenient for finding good cafes and restaurants, and even the supermarket is very close to the apartment. Gonzalo was very attentive in his service, helping us from our arrival in the city and giving us details that helped us enjoy our stay.

The building was undergoing façade repairs during our stay, so there was some activity near the windows that made using the balcony less relaxing at times. Advance notice about this would be helpful for future guests. We also noticed an occasional smell from the pipes, which we understand can be common in the area.

El apartamento es precioso y tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar una estancia cómoda. Las vistas son impresionantes, no solo desde la terraza sino también desde el comedor y las habitaciones. La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de la playa y el paseo marítimo. La atención de Gonzalo durante toda la estancia fue de 10 también. Uno de nosotros tiene movilidad reducida y no tuvimos ningún problema para acceder con los ascensores y la rampa del portal, las duchas están a ras del suelo, y la playa tiene entrada accesible justo al lado.

No hay nada que no nos gustase. Solamente recomendaría añadir una barra de apoyo o asidero en la ducha.

Das Apartment ist wirklich top ausgestattet. Sogar Strandliegen und ein Schirm waren vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage ist super und wird zentral für jedes Zimmer gesteuert, sogar die Bäder waren klimatisiert. Die Aussicht ist super und Gonzalo hat uns am Anreisetag sehr gut aufgenommen und alles erklärt. Vielen Dank dafür.

Es hat uns alles wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Man muss sich nur am Anfang am die Höhe des 15. Stocks gewöhnen 😄

La ubicación, la vista, la decoracion y el aire acondicionado. Muy buena la atencion. Llamamos al llegar para consultar una cosa y en 10 minutos vinieron a atendernos.

Very well equipped, everything that’s needed for a family stay, especially with an elderly person (wheelchair access/lifts). Beautiful clean modern design throughout the apartment. Two bathrooms both with walk-in showers. The views from the terrace are absolutely stunning, views on mountains and the sea. A perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Even the beach had a lovely wheelchair accessible area literally by the doorstep. Exactly everything that we needed. In the kitchen, there is a water filter installed to the tap, which gives you access to clean drinkable water, which was a 5* from us as there was no need to purchase lots of bottled water. The property also offered access to a private residential swimming pool which was spotlessly clean with lots of sun lounges available at no extra cost and a snack/tapas bar and toilets. The terrace was definitely the highlight of this apartment, not only as dining area but also as a lounge area to relax and enjoy beautiful views. Also, we would like to mention, the very warm welcome we have received from the owner of the property. Very pleasant person who made sure all our needs are met throughout the stay. Checked up on us few times to make sure we’re enjoying our stay and helped organise transport to the airport. We will definitely be coming back.

The only thing that the apartment could use is maybe a small dishwasher? But that is just being picky. This is just the luxury we’re use to in everyday life and travelling as a family of 4, a lot of dishes piled up but nothing that bothered us or made the stay in this apartment less pleasant. Also, bear in mind the apartment is on 15th floor, and on windy days the sounds of the wind can be quite loud, but nothing that bothered us, just a mention for those who could be a bit more sensitive (we also kept the shutters to the terrace open but I'm sure if you decide to close them, the wind sounds would be less noticeable).
