Genial, te dejan de cortesía una bolsita con trapo para la cocina, esponja, detergente, jabón para lavar la ropa y pastilla para el microondas, un plus excelente para un dpto. Las fotos de booking reflejan perfecto el lugar. La zona es genial hay comercios de todo cerca y esta super conectado con todo. Super cómodo para conocer Sevilla. Se comunicaron por WhatsApp y por la app de booking para gestionar el check in y el check out. Lo super recomiendo

No es negativo, pero a tener en cuenta que el habitáculo de ducha es pequeño, pero es tal cual las fotos y que se sube por escalera no funcionaba el ascensor.

L'ubicació de l.apartament molt bé i ben ubicat.

Hi havia un rètol a la porta de l'ascensor anunciant que no funcionava. Crec que s'hauria de tenir en compte a l'hora d'anunciar l.apartament, ja que hi ha nombroses escañes fins a un 3r pis. El congelador de la nevera estava ple de gel, de tal manera que no tancava bé la porta ni del congelador ni de la nevera. La nevera no refredava i no vam poder.la utilitzar.

Posizione molto comoda in un quartiere pieno di locali. Appartamento pulito,fresco e ben attrezzato. Letto comodo .

La mancanza di un terrazzino e di una finestra sull'esterno.

Es war zentral und sauber

Es war sehr schwer mit jemanden persönlich zu sprechen, die war auch nicht verantwortlich, also musste ich Stunden warten. Antworten waren vorformuliert über AI. Das Zimmer befand sich in einem Schacht, was alle Geräusche, Gespräche Dusche Straße potenzierte. Einzige Luftmöglichkeit, weil kein Fenster, d. h. Dunkel bei Tag bei Nacht trug das Badezimmer Licht der anderen Etagen Licht ins Zimmer. Alle mühseligen welan Nummern, 5 an der Zahl, waren falsch. Ja Inneneinrichtung war smart. Das war’s auch. Leider ein raschelnder Plastiküberzug auf der Matratze, so dass sich die Hitze staute. Keine Möglichkeit das mitzuteilen, weil miserable Kommunikation. Nachts laut und heiß. Tagsüber dunkel und traurig da hilft fancy Einrichtung nicht. Ein anstrengender Platz an dem man als Tourist der Neuzeit ausgenommen wird. Ein kleine Immobilie zu Tode renoviert, in Stücke zerlegt, welche zu einem noblen Knastfeeling mit 4 qm Zementhof, führte. Die Werbung von „Panther“( der Panter im Käfig passt) Home, war ein Photo mit kleinem Tischchen auf einem Dach mit Blick etc. Ein absoluter Reinfall nie wieder vor allem diese Machtlosigkeit mit keinem Verantwortlichen sprechen zu können. Ps die frei Taxifahrt vom Flughafen in die Stadt gab es natürlich auch nicht. Panther Home sei dafür nicht verantwortlich sondern Booking com. insofern können sie mir gerne noch Geld fürs Taxi überweisen. Aber ich geh davon aus dass das hier in die Luft geschrieben wurde und außer AI, wenn ich Glück habe, eh keiner antworten wird.

The location was great. Right in the middle of the action. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Very lively.

We were extremely disappointed with this stay. The studio we were given looked nothing like the apartment shown in the listing and was not pictured anywhere in the advertised photos. While we understand that accommodations may vary slightly from photos, this felt completely misleading. One of the main reasons we booked this place was because of the beautiful exposed brick, charm, and warm lighting shown in the listing. Instead, the studio we received was dark, stuffy, in poor condition, and showed visible water damage. It was also very warm with poor airflow. The windows could not properly open on tilt, and we could not comfortably leave them open because they faced the communal terrace, which offered little privacy and made the space feel exposed. Another major issue was the lack of elevator access. We had to carry large luggage up multiple flights of very steep stairs to the top floor, which was difficult and should have been communicated more clearly in advance. To make matters worse, there was a major disturbance late at night and early into the morning. Some intoxicated guests were screaming in the echoing hallway around 1am and were loudly vomiting for hours afterward, making it impossible to rest. The customer service appeared largely automated. While responses were generally prompt, support only seemed available until around 6pm, and overall the experience felt much more like dealing with a high-volume rental business than a place genuinely invested in guest comfort or hospitality. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely affected our trip. Overall, the value for money was very poor, and I believe the listing should more accurately reflect the actual accommodations being offered.

Appartamento diverso da quello in foto. Nel bagno c'erano macchie di sangue, che sono state li per un giorno intero nonostante lo abbia notificato appena entrato nel abitazione. Prezzo troppo alto per quello che offrono, 150 a notte per un ostello privato

Situé juste en face des arènes de Séville, l'appartement bénéficie de cette proximité prestigieuse sans aucun désagrément grâce à une parfaite isolation phonique. On peut pleinement y profiter de la terrasse pour jouir de l'ambiance festive ou simplement bronzer et se reposer. Équipements complets et performants (climatisation appréciable), cadeaux de bienvenue agréables.

Détail mineur : peut-être expliquer comment couper simplement la climatisation, mais je dois avouer l'avoir réglée à volonté sans avoir pris le temps de lire la notice fournie.
